Before a Cooper Certified Used model receives our check of approval, it must pass our comprehensive multipoint inspection. It'll be performed by our very own Joe Cooper technicians in our shop, and they'll ensure that every point on our long list is thoroughly checked (and double checked). From the tire tread to the seat upholstery, we want every mechanical, electrical and aesthetic component of our Cooper Certified Used models to be flawless.
Reconditioning Process
If our inspection finds a few flaws, like a damaged part, torn fabric, stained carpet or faulty wiring, our technicians will get straight to work on the reconditioning process. We won't allow the model to receive certification until it passes our inspection, but if the vehicle only needs a part replacement or another minor fix, we won't hesitate to give it what it needs to become a Cooper Certified Used model.
